We created this dri-release reflective tee with local Pittsburgh start up, Fiks:Reflective. We enjoy taking any opportunity to work with other locals because there is a wealth of talent in our own back yard. Our store location is in the middle of exercise and cycling heaven. It was a no brainer to collaborate with Fiks:Reflective to reinvent a safer, more visible version of our iconic tee shirt. Our aim with this project was to create the ultimate shirt for the active people who love Pittsburgh. With clean reflective designs on the front, back and sides, this tee will keep you seen at night while biking, running, or simply walking about. These strips of reflective material are heat pressed, which produces an elegant finish that won’t wear off like far cheaper, screened techniques. This moisture wicking version of our standard tee is made to be on the go, be sure to stand out!

How the Material Works:
Fiks:Relective’s special glass bead thermoplastic material not only outperforms cheap silk screen reflective inks, but also has a much cleaner finish. Embedded in the material is millions of tiny glass particles that bounce the light from a car’s headlights back to the driver to ensure they see you. You won’t see a lot of shirts like this because the material and the process is more difficult and more expensive than inks. However, we strive to put out only the best products and wanted to bring something special to this city, made in this city, just for you.The Body:This drirelease® tee is far more than your normal polyester “tech tee” and is not in the same immediate family as our standard 50/50 or tri blend 412 tees. This patented fabric is made from a blend of organic and synthetic materials mixed at the fiber level to create level of comfort and performance that you find is unmatched to anything else you own. It wicks and dries 4 times faster than cotton, and with FreshGuard technology, it naturally neutralizes odors without chemicals. This will instantly become your favorite shirt for your active lifestyle that continues after the sun goes down.
